Our Blissful Dream 15 list of services is designed to provide exquisite customer service for our distinguished clients. We commit premium time and effort to create thoughtful and exciting travel plans, ensuring your journey is memorable. This process incurs a reasonable fee that is non-refundable and facilitated when completing the Client Intake Form. 

We enjoy the Jamaica Travel Specialist and Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist and welcome the opportunity to facilitate your special event via room bookings at one of the island's incredible resorts. Corporations and organization group bookings are facilitated through our premier relationships where we offer the additional service of developing RFPs, conducting negotiations, and support management for your special event. Fees are commissionable and paid through separate agreements with the host facility. Our fee is separate from your agreements with travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and other suppliers for which we may provide booking services. 

Yes, we offer a 15% discount on the Blissful Jamaica Journeys service fee when booking your travel and Inspire and Serve community service volunteerism arrangements with us.

We offer private chauffeur-driven luxury vehicles, private yacht charters, and charter vehicles for individuals and groups. All transportation is arranged to provide the utmost comfort and convenience. Book your tours and experiences here.

Yes, we offer travel insurance for all of our travel packages. You can add it to your package during the booking process.

At Blissful Jamaica Journeys, our booking and cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity and transparency for our valued clients:

Booking Policy:

• To secure your travel arrangements, we require a completed Client Intake Form and payment of our service fee.
• Once the form and fee are received, we will begin crafting your bespoke travel itinerary and making necessary reservations.

Special circumstances Booking Policy:

Any requests made in writing to Blissful Jamaica Journeys constitute an agreement for services. Upon making such a request, full payment is required to proceed with the planning and booking of your travel arrangements. This ensures that we can dedicate our resources and time to crafting a personalized and luxurious travel experience for you.

• Our tours, events (where applicable), concierge, and specialty services are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 business days of the scheduled activity. Cancellations received after eight days are eligible for a refund minus a $100 booking fee. This policy allows us to maintain the high standards of service and dedication we offer to each client.
• Cancellations for travel arrangements such as hotels, resorts, villas, and other third-party services adhere to the specific policies of those providers. It is the responsibility of the traveler(s) to review and understand these policies before finalizing bookings. Travelers will incur a Trip Cancellation Fee of $150 per person and supplier penalties.
• If a specific cancellation policy is not stated, nor disclosed by the third-party provider, refunds will not be provided for cancellations.
• Travelers will incur a Trip Change Fee of $50 per person in addition any applicable  supplier penalties.
• Travelers may have the option to rebook based on the policies of the hotel, resort, villa, or other third-party vendors and must follow the conditions outlined by these facilities.

Our travel refund policy is straightforward:

Refund Policy:

• Refunds are issued for tours, events, concierge, and specialty services canceled 7 days after the booking.
• Refunds for other travel arrangements depend on the policies of third-party vendors such as hotels, resorts, and villas. Travelers must become familiar with these policies before booking accommodations, tours, events, facilities, etc. We do not assume responsibility for this information or third-party policies.
• If a third-party provider offers a rebooking option, travelers can rebook according to the provider’s conditions and policies.
